1. General
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between KFD Store and the customer. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
- An order is confirmed after email confirmation
- Prices are listed in USD and RUB and may change
- KFD Store reserves the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock
3. Delivery
Delivery times and costs depend on the region. See our Shipping page for details. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon receipt.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt
- Item must be in original packaging, unused
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
5. Warranty
All KFD Team products undergo quality control. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months. Mechanical damage and improper installation are not covered.
6. Liability
KFD Store is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.
